October 10, 2026DataStatistics: downloads and licenceThe dyslexia statistics page can be downloaded as a CSV file (every figure with its data year and source) and its charts can be embedded. The compilation is licensed CC BY 4.0; each figure stays with its original source.
October 7, 2026SiteWho makes the siteThe site now says that Dyslexia Steps is an Indiex product, in the footer of every page and in the site's data, and names the other Indiex products: Fashio AI, The Face Analysis and Dyscalculia.io.
October 5, 2026DataDyslexia statistics pagePublished a statistics page in 6 languages, with each figure tied to the year of its data and 24 newly checked sources (PubMed records and official statistics). The prevalence sentence on the "what is dyslexia" page now points to it instead of repeating the figure.
October 5, 2026DataAssessment cost and waiting timesThe page on how dyslexia is diagnosed gained a table of assessment costs and waiting times for the countries of each language (in English: UK and US), with a source for every row.
October 5, 2026CorrectionChild profiles per subscriptionPages said a subscription covers "several" child profiles. The limit is 4, and every page now says "up to 4".
October 5, 2026CorrectionHow the site describes itselfThe one-sentence description of the site said it offers a free test and daily reading games, without saying the program is paid. It now says "a free online dyslexia screening test and a paid daily reading-practice program for children aged 5 to 12", and the same sentence is used everywhere. The guides index description stopped listing topics that had no published guide yet.
October 2, 2026ScoringTest scoring at launchThe site opened with the scoring described on the methodology page, unchanged since: 6 games for children, each scored against a rough expectation for the age group; "needs practice" below 60%, "strong" from 85%; the follow-up note when 2 or more of the 4 core reading skills are below 60%. Adult path: 15 questions and 2 tasks. Test content in 6 languages, each a draft awaiting specialist review.
October 2, 2026SitePrices at launchThe program opened at $9.99 a month or $39.99 a year with no trial period; a free account opens the first 5 levels of each world. The test is free.
